Another amazing recipe out of Diane Sanfilipo’s 21 Day Sugar Detox cookbook. Can you tell I’m on a sugar detox kick?! I will officially start in January! Can’t wait.
I added my own spin on this – I hope you enjoy. This went quick in our house! Enjoy, LiveFitters!
- 4 Cans tuna
- 2 Jalapeno peppers, seeds removed, minced
- 5 Celery stalks, diced
- 1/2-3/4 Cup red onion, diced small
- 1 Cup mayo (homemade is always better, but if you don’t have on hand, use “Just Mayo”)
- 4 Tbsp fresh dill
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Drain water from tuna, place in bowl. Add everything else, make sure it’s all evenly distributed.
That’s it. Seriously. That’s it. Another nice addition would be a hard-boiled egg (chop and add to salad).
The dill and the jalapeno make this dish awesome. Try it!
